Hi, I'm Karla Major
I created The Leadership Accelerator Program because Iāve seen first-hand how challenging it can be to lead a team while also running a business.
With over 20 years in property management, from working on the frontlines to leading high-performing teams across Australia and overseas - Iāve learned what actually works when it comes to building strong teams, reducing burnout, and delivering consistent service without chaos.
As part of the SIDEKICK team, I work closely with agency owners, department heads, and team leaders to help them lead with clarity, build systems that support growth, and create a culture people want to stay in.
