Jody Hingst
Building a rent roll from zero?
She's done it herself.
Jody has been in real estate since 2005, working her way from reception, admin and trust accounting through leasing and property management to Head of Department, then running her own property management business. She coaches rent roll startups and new agencies from experience, not theory.
Based in Queensland and working nationally, she specialises in Queensland and Victorian legislation best practice. Property management is people first and systems second, although she loves a good system.

How it works

A six month coaching agreement. If you reach 20 managements before then, you are invited to step up into the PMBA mastermind. If you are not there yet, we keep coaching you at this level until you are.
You will do your intake form and book your onboarding call with Jody straight after you join.
Questions
The ones everyone asks.
Do I need my licence before I start?
No. Plenty of people start while the application is still going through, and getting it moving is the first thing module 1 does. Sidekick does not give licensing advice, we point you at the right person for that.
What if I am not in New South Wales or Queensland?
It works anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Jody specialises in Queensland and Victorian legislation, and we tell you plainly when something is state specific so you can confirm it with your own regulator.
What happens if I am not at 20 after six months?
We keep coaching you at this level until you get there.
What if I hit 20 sooner?
You have done what you came to do, and you are invited into the PMBA mastermind.
Can I cancel?
It is a six month coaching agreement. If something changes and you decide not to open the business, we will let you out of it.
I have an existing sales agency and I am adding property management. Is this for me?
Yes. That is one of the two ways people come in, and the intake form asks which you are so Jody can shape your roadmap around it.
