This isn't a conference. It's a consultative workshop day.

This day is different. It's a full day of consulting on your own business, in a room of property management business owners who get it. You bring your business, your numbers and the stuff that keeps landing back on your desk, and we work through it together, with me and the Sidekick coaches at your table, not on a stage.

Then we head downstairs for a networking dinner at the Skiff Club (own expense), because the best conversations always happen after the workshop finishes.

Do I need to be a PMBA member?
Nope. It's built for any property management business owner, principal or director. PMBA members attend as part of their membership.
What's included?

Where is it?
Thursday is in the Harbour View Room at the Manly 16ft Skiff Sailing Club. Friday is in Manly, at Felons Manly or a Manly boardroom depending on numbers. We'll confirm before the day.
What time does it start?
9am to 5pm on Thursday, 10am to 3pm on Friday.
Getting there
Both venues are a short walk from Manly Wharf. The ferry from Circular Quay is the easy option, as parking in Manly is limited.
What should I bring?
Your laptop and charger, the logins for the tools you use every day, and the thing you keep putting off.
Is there a dinner?
Yes. Networking dinner Thursday night downstairs at the Skiff Club, at your own expense. Come along, it's where the best conversations happen.
Dietary requirements?

Can I send someone else?
Yes. Your seat can be transferred to another owner, principal or director from your business at any time.
What if I can't make it?
Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer your seat to another owner, principal or director from your business at any time, and if you let us know 14 or more days before the day, we'll move your ticket across as a credit to the next Intensive.
