Domestic and family violence is daunting, and honestly, a bit scary to navigate.
Most teams have not had the call yet. But when it comes, it comes without warning, and whoever picks up the phone has about ten seconds to work out what to say.
It matters that we get it right. Not just for the tenant, but for the person in your team who has to hold it together while they do it.
This session helps you navigate those conversations properly, so your team knows what to say, what to do next, and where their role stops.
Built for the NSW reforms. The domestic violence tenancy reforms commenced on 21 September 2026. This NSW edition covers what has changed and what it means for your process.
