Following the success of our previous PMBA Intensive Workshop Days, we're bringing business owners and leaders together again for a full day focused on one thing:
Creating clearer, more intentional growth in your property management business.
This is your opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, look properly at where your business is heading, and work through the areas that will have the biggest impact on your next stage of growth.
This is not a sit-back-and-listen kind of day.
Hosted by industry leading business coach Hermione Gardiner, supported by amazing SIDEKICK coaches, it's a practical, strategic intensive where we'll work on your business together, challenge what's currently holding you back, and turn ideas into clear decisions and next steps.

If you're the only one who knows how anything actually works. If the same admin lands on your desk every single week - the reports, the follow-ups, the file chasing. If you've thought "there has to be a better way to do this" and never had time to find it - this is the session.
Thomas is a property management business owner at Gallery Real Estate. He's not a consultant selling AI theory - he's built and is running real AI systems inside his own agency: file systems, drafting, reporting, marketing assets. He'll walk through what he's actually built, what it's freed him up from, and how to start doing the same in yours.
