Yes.

The retreat has been designed as a shared group experience, and all attendees are expected to attend the sessions.

While there will still be plenty of downtime built into the schedule, the sessions themselves are where the key conversations, reflections, and connections happen, so we ask that everyone participates.

We’ve taken care of the important parts so you can actually switch off and be present.

Your ticket includes:

• All retreat sessions across the 3 days
• Welcome drinks on Thursday night (a very important part 😉)
• Daily group lunches at the resort
• Coffee breaks to keep you going
• Access to the full BREAKAWAY experience and community

Basically, you just register, book your accomodation, and show up!

Yes — many attendees choose to extend the trip and bring their partner or family along. They’re welcome to join the welcome drinks, afternoon activities and group dinners. But you also may want to come without them. Bali nannies are a thing! 

Just note that retreat sessions and organised activities are for registered attendees only.

If you want to bring a partner that is already a registered business partner/client of SIDEKICK to be a part of the retreat then this is at the member rate of $195 and they should complete their own registration. 

Guest tickets are available for non-members at the standard ticket price of $995.

You do not need to register partners/family who are not attending the actual retreat sessions. 

The following are not included in your ticket and are to be arranged separately:

• Flights to and from Bali
• Accommodation 
• Airport transfers
• Travel insurance
• Visa (if required)
• Optional activities (small additional cost per activity)
• Optional group dinners (pay your own way)
• Poolside drinks and other personal expenses (pay your own way)

While recordings may capture the sessions, they don’t capture what actually makes these events so valuable:

This retreat is designed to be experienced in person.

Accommodation is booked separately by each attendee.

We recommend staying at Sadara Resort for convenience, as this is where all retreat sessions and group lunches will be held.

If you prefer, you can stay at nearby accommodation and make your way to the resort each day.

Room rates may include daily breakfast and standard resort inclusions, depending on the room type and booking source.

Most Bali flights land in the evening, so ideally plan to arrive Wednesday evening before the retreat begins.

If that isn’t possible, you can arrive Thursday evening, however you’ll miss the welcome drinks.

Bali flights typically depart late evening, which means you could still enjoy Sunday afternoon activities before departing Sunday night.

Alternatively, many attendees choose to leave Monday to extend their stay.

Outside of your retreat ticket, there are a few additional costs to plan for.

These may include:

• Accommodation
• Airport transfers
• Travel insurance
• Visa (if required)

During your stay, you may also incur personal expenses such as:

• Meals outside of included lunches
• Poolside drinks and beverages
• Spa treatments and wellness services

Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you may transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend.

If the transferred ticket is given to a non-Sidekick member, the full-price guest ticket will need to be paid.

Yes — this retreat is intentionally designed with space built in.

Mornings are structured, and afternoons are open for:

• relaxing
• connecting
• exploring
• or doing nothing at all

We recommend arriving on 25 June to settle in before the retreat begins.

As many Bali flights arrive late evening, you may prefer to arrive on 24 June and take the day to acclimatise.

The retreat concludes Sunday afternoon, with an optional activity.
You can either take a late flight Sunday evening or extend your stay and depart Monday.
